Our last fermentable: Orchard Honey Cyser.
this cyser was a special small batch project that we fermented using our 100% virginia apple juice and honey from the bees that pollinate our orchard. the honey aromatics give way to a crisp, tart apple flavor with the honey ending on a delicate, subtle sweet note.
